Myo Schollum
Co-Founder and Director
Prior to 8 Mile Consulting, Myo was CEO of Ascalon Capital, a boutique asset manager that provided seed and acceleration capital to hedge funds in exchange for revenue share economics. Myo was responsible for business development and involved in hedge fund selection and investment structuring. As a revenue share investor, a core focus was to help underlying investee funds grow their assets under management.
Prior to Ascalon, Myo was with Credit Suisse for 17 years where his primary responsibility was to grow and manage hedge fund and institutional wealth management relationships of the Firm. Senior positions have included:
Private Bank, Head of Institutional Wealth Solutions, Asia.
Myo covered high-net-worth clients, family offices and external asset managers.
Global Markets, Head of Prime Services Coverage, Asia.
Myo covered the Firm’s Asian Hedge Fund clients. He was responsible for Sales, Capital Introductions, Business Consulting and Prime Brokerage financing.
Lisa Chen
Co-Founder and Director
Prior to 8 Mile Consulting, Lisa was head of marketing for an Asia based start-up private equity fund focused on US and European middle markets.
Prior to this, Lisa was responsible for sourcing and distribution of alternative investments (hedge fund, private equity and real estate) for Credit Suisse Asset Management and Wealth Management in Asia.
Lisa has also worked as a stock lending trader for Blackrock and an execution trader for an Asian equity long/short hedge fund.
Lisa started her career as a HK/China sales trader at Credit Suisse.
Lisa is a native Mandarin speaker
